You can shoot with your iPhone/ smartphone, your webcam, your dslr, your pocket camera.

You can also make video using screen casting software using your computer.

Once you make test video do following.

sign up to udemy using email id or login using facebook
open website https://teach.udemy.com/?ref=teach_header
Create a dummy or testing Course it and Start by entering the title of a course[Example: cooking 101, Math 21days etc..]
Now open up Facebook and go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/UdemyStudio/
and Join this Facebook group and wait till you approved in that group
once you approved post your first video in that and ask others to give feedback.
